Ques: What is the difference between GRADED & NEW APPLIANCES?
Ans: A NEW appliance will come in the manufactures packaging and will be BRAND NEW and a GRADED appliance will be slightly damaged or be a factory return.

Ques: Do I have the same guarantee for a graded appliance as I would a new appliance?
Ans: Yes both appliances come with a standard 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee

Ques: What if want to cancel my order?
Ans: If you cancel your order contact our customer care team within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund.

Ques: How do I check the progress of my order?
Ans: You can check the progress of your order via our website.

Ques: Do you provide spares and accessories for my product?
Ans: Yes we provide spares and accessories for our products just contact customer services with the make & model of your appliance.

Ques: My product doesn’t work, what shall I do?
Ans: If your product is less than 12 months old you are within the manufacturers guarantee period. Refer to your manual.

Ques: Is it secure to give my credit card details over the internet?
Ans: Our site uses a technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. Information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.

Ques: What methods of payments do you accept?
Ans: We accept all major credit & debit cards and cheques.
 
Ques: Will all my products be delivered together?
Ans: Yes all your products will be delivered together upon request.

Ques: Can I have my products installed?
Ans: At this present moment we do not install any products.

Ques: How long will delivery take?
Ans: Delivery will take up to approximately 7-10 working days.

Ques: How much is your delivery charge?
Ans: We deliver in the U.K; Delivery charges are stated in the website.

Ques: Can I have a product delivered outside the U.K?
Ans: At present we do not deliver outside of the U.K

Ques: How do I get my receipt?
Ans: Your receipt will be E-mailed to you once your order is complete.

Ques: If I am not completely satisfied how long have I got to get a full refund?
Ans: You have 7 days to get a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your product.
