Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to all transactions which are purchased on this site. Please read carefully before purchasing and print a copy for reference.

1. All prices are shown in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
   
   
2. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
   
   
3. Payments can be made by any major Credit, Debit card or Cheque. Full payment for your goods is taken when a new order is created. If you choose to pay by cheque then the order is placed when the cheque is received.
   
   
4. Delivery will usually be within 7-10 working days of the creation of the order (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) a signature will be required upon delivery.
   
   
5. DELIVERY TO MOST UNITED KINGDOM ADDRESS, BUT THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IN SOME AREAS.  England & Wales and West Country codes: PL; TA; TR; TQ; the island and certain areas of England, Wales & Scotland. We do not deliver at present to NORTERN ISLAND. Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to deliver promptly and within the estimated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for sudden stock shortages, manufacturing delays or unforeseeable circumstances.
   
   
6. Customers MUST unbox and check appliances thoroughly on delivery if possible. The appliance can then be refused as damaged and a replacement arranged swiftly. In the case where an appliance cannot be opened the delivery notes must be marked UNCHECKED.
   
   
7. Damaged goods or failed deliveries must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. In case of damaged/faulty products please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory right as a costumer.
   
   
8. Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You must bear the costs of returning the goods to us. Refunds will be reimbursed within 14 days of the cancellation date. All cancellations must be e-mailed or in writing to our head office (see contact details).
   
   
9. We take all complaints very seriously. If you have any cause for complaint then please write to us at the address shown on the contacts page. We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days.
   
   
10. Any data collected by us during the course of business with you is purely for our internal use and is not forwarded or sold to any third party.
    
    
11. All products are subject to availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from our stock, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone, if you have entered the relevant information. You will then have the option either to wait until the item is in stock or have a similar appliance.
    
    
12. All products are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty however certain brands carry a total of 2 years parts & labour warranty subject to the customer registering with the manufacturer. Clams for promotional warranties must be claimed for within the set time according to the manufacturer conditions.
    
    
13. All products must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This does not affect your statuary rights.
    
    
14. When placing an order you are declaring that you are the appropriate legal age to purchase the item. If it is found that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to terminate all account facilities immediately without notice and we will not be obliged to complete the order.
    
    
15. These Terms & Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. If any of these product terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining products terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
